Your April Number
Shows how much each private health insurance product's premium changed on 1 April 2026 — the number for your own product, not the industry average. Built from Private Health Insurance Ombudsman open data (CC BY 3.0 AU).
No account, no tracking, and no requests to a server after the first load.

rent check
Every landlord in Australia has to lodge the bond with the state, and the lodgement carries the rent — a public record of what a tenancy actually starts at, as against what the ad asked for. Enter an area, dwelling type and bedroom count to see the median and quartile range for new tenancies, and where your own rent sits in it. If you have had an increase notice, three dates check it against the 12-month rule and the notice period — a calculation against the dates, not legal advice. NSW, QLD and VIC.
No account and no tracking. The area, dwelling type and rent are sent to the server to look up the statistics; the three dates from an increase notice are worked out in your browser and never leave it.

rate ledger
Australian banks must publish their advertised deposit and lending rates in machine-readable form under the Consumer Data Right, but when a rate changes it is overwritten in place, so yesterday's number is gone. This reads all of it once a day — 249 banks and brands, 4,746 products, 24,432 rates — and stores each rate as an interval, closing the old value and opening the new one when it moves, so what a bank was charging between two dates stays answerable. The ledger's own history starts on 1 September 2026, when collection began; the RBA cash rate goes back to every decision since 1990. These are advertised rates, not offers. What you are actually charged depends on your credit history, your loan-to-value ratio and any package you hold, so confirm with the bank.

visa times
The Department of Home Affairs publishes how long each visa is taking now and republishes it over the top, so what it said last month is kept nowhere. This reads the department's own figures once a day and keeps each one with the dates it held — the 25th, 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles for 52 visa subclasses, and a separate list of the readings the department has quietly stopped updating. The record starts on 1 September 2026, when collection began. These are statistics about applications already finalised, not a promise about yours, and the department says so.
No account, no email and no tracking. What you type to filter the table is handled in your browser and is not sent to a server; requests go only to the tool's own server, to load the table and the history.
